My 5th entry for :iconkame-ghost:'s Electric Pokemon collab!

I did say I was gonna draw Raichu, can't draw Pikachu and leave the rest of his evolution line out UuU
Drawing it this way was actually kinda fun to do, but it sure does take a tad longer :I

For one on my life, I like how Raichu came out, I always tend to ruin it every time I attempt at drawing it XD
